Employee training can come in many forms, but for us as an IT & security company, it comes down to IT and security training. This encompasses many different training seminars we do, including, but not limited to, basic IT training, IT security awareness, phishing simulations, and more. The reality is that whilst we may have certain tailored training classes ready and available, you may need something bespoke, and that’s what we thrive on. Our IT trainers have spent time not only training others in a formal training environment, but actually have experience conversing between staff that have no experience with IT and those with specialist knowledge in IT, because you may know enough to teach a class but be rubbish when it comes to helping people apply that understanding on their own.
